Sophia LoRee

Sophia LoRee Dalling
Born January 13 2010
6lb 11oz 19.5 inches long

Picture overload, I have a TON of pictures of Sophia so here are a few.

Her first doctor appt. She is doing great!

We had her baby blessing this past sunday. Dave did a wonderful job. Daves parents came up for the baby blessing but his dad ended up going to the hospital. Luckily we were able to have the blessing at the hospital so he was able to be there. It really was a special experience .

Here is her nursery, I finally finished putting up the bows on this about 2 weeks after she was born. Dave was so proud I finally finished it. I have a problem with starting projects and not finishing them.

She was memorized by the poka dots in her hood. It was so cute.

Jamison wearing my dads glasses. He looks like an old man, to cute

These are my favorite pj's that she has. I will be sad when she grows out of them

She sucks on on fingers all the time.

Her first day home from the hospital

In the hospital. they put a cute red bow on her.

This on one of my favorite outfits that she has. It is perfect for February, it has cute little hearts on it.

Such a cute dad.

Looks at those cheeks. They have gone down a lot since the first day she born.

Josh made me this super cute hat for her.

Thanksgiving 2009

So the month of November went by way to fast. Here are some pic of what we did. We went to the BYU VS Airforce game. BYU won so it was alot of fun, and cold but we didn't get snowed on so I was happy.

BYU GAME!

Thanksgiving was with my family this year. I love going to my Grandmothers house for Thanksgiving. It reminds me of all the fun times I had as a kid and it is fun to see the kids play with the same toys I did. My dad was sick, poor guy still has kidney stones, so he is not in any of the pictures.

My cute Grandparents.

5 generations, if you count Sophia that is in my belly!

The kids table. I remember always looking forward to the day when I could join the grownups at the big table. I wonder if these kids think the same thing.

The big table!

The other kids table, Just kidding. Our family is so big now we have two have to big tables. And we didn't even have everyone there.

My cute husband! He actually wore BYU colors the entire week in honor of the BYU VS Utah game.

The best tradition we have, the boys get to clean up the dishes.

Me and Dave

This is my 31 week belly. I can't believe I only have 2 months left.

Our Christmas Tree. Dave had it set up before Thanksgiving, but we at least waited until after Thanksgiving to decorate it!

Busy Weekend

Every year my bother JR comes up for a conference at BYU and it gives us a great excuse to all get together as a family. This year my sister Kelli threw me a mini baby shower with all the sisters. We went to Gardner Village and had lunch and chatted and I got lots of cute stuff for my Sophia. The guys were nice enough to watch all the kids while we had our fun. After the shower we headed back to Jared and Melissa house to save the guys and hung out. Dave and I had tickets to the BYU/TCU game so we bundled up and headed down to the game that night. BYU didn't play so well and got destroyed by TCU but I still love going to the games.
So the next day we headed down to Jared and Melissa's house for some more food and fun. We played DDR, that is one game that I just can't play even will all my dance skills my brain just can't do it! It was fun to watch the little kids try and play to would concentrate so hard on the TV to just get one arrow. They were so excited when they finally did. It was a good weekend, it was nice to see the family.
So I am now 26 weeks along. My belly button is sticking out bad now. I already had an outtie belly button and now it is really and outtie. I passed my glucose test and officially don't have gestational diabetes. I was anemic though and have started taking iron pills which has made a huge difference in how I feel. I have so much more energy now. I wish I would have know a couple of months ago! I feel like I am finally getting prepared for this baby I have clothes, a stroller/car seat, crib, swing and dresser. If she came now I wouldn't freak out to much. I am getting really excited now as I only have 3 months left!

(so these pictures a in a random order, I can't move them so have fun looking threw them)

Baby Bump Watch.....23 Weeks

So I am now 23 weeks down. My camera has been having issues focusing and my curtains make my hair look red so it is not the greatest pick but I need to document how my stomach is growing. She has started kicking a lot and I love it, it is nice to have a reminder every day that she is still ok and alive, I am sure every pregnant mother has felt this way but I get paranoid that something is going to happen to her. Dave has been able to feel here kick a couple of times and it is so precious for him to be able to feel her. Anyway Dave told me I need to write down how I feel about being pregnant, I would have to say that I don't really love it. It is just uncomfortable and I don't feel pretty at all and I hate being hungry all the time, I get sick of having to eat so often. But I do love when she kicks and I know it is worth the outcome, but I don't love the whole process. I will try to document more pictures of my growing belly, it grows so fast these days.

Sophia LoRee Dalling

It's A Girl! So it looks like the guest room is staying pink. We are so excited we are having a girl. Here I am at 17 weeks. I am 20 now. It seems to be flying by now. I am almost half way there. I am glad I can finally start buying stuff and get ready for when she comes. It seems like such a far way off that it will be next year before she gets here, but I am sure by the way things are going it will go by fast. So before I even got married I have always loved the name Sophia, so when i married Dave I told him we would be naming one of our girls Sophia. He did not like the name so after some convincing & with the promise of a new TV if I got to name one of our girls Sophia, he agreed. Well I was thinking when we had a girl he could get a TV, but he decided that meant he could get a new TV when ever he wanted so about a year ago I went to Rexburg for a weekend and came home to a new TV. So now he is paying up for his end of the bargain :), and I can stop giving him crap about the TV!
